BILLIE GAURA
Creative Director, Principal
As Creative Director, Billie is the most approachable marketing brain you'll ever meet. She tempers the whirling storm of ideas that continually converge in her brain with a borderline obsession on customer service. With over ten years of experience in one of the most daunting customer service jobs in the world at Southwest Airlines, Billie knows exactly how to treat her customers – and yours – in a way that gets results. With an eye for the perfect design, a head for solid marketing, and a heart for every person she meets, Billie really is the backbone of Rainmaker Marketing.
KEVIN GAURA
Left Brain Leader, Principal
Kevin is the yin to the creative type yang around here. He’s big on data entry and numbers. You know, that stuff that makes the “artists” cringe. Kevin’s the one who remembers that you can’t have “organization” without “organize.” He keeps us all in compliance and is a big part of why Rainmaker runs so smoothly.
ALEXIS ROIZEN
Visual Communications Designer
Alexis is a Rock Star Designer. As a University of Idaho student, she combined her inherent love of graphic design with a degree in Public Relations. Since those early days, she kicked off a successful start-up business with her sister. Since completing her degree, Alexis has completed a year of a Master's Degree with the Academy of Art University. She and her pup Ollie live in Coeur d'Alene.
JON LOSSING
Web Stud
Jon is a programming, code-eating maniac. Want this little polka-dotted bug to fly accross your screen and transform into a coffee pot before your very eyes? Jon's your man. He's constantly trying to explain things to the rest of the team that seem to make our little eyeballs gloss over like a confused group of children. When our talented web developer isn't slicing and skinning content management systems and STORM stationery for our clients, he's playing Upright Bass in his band. Oh so talented!
MIRANDA REMINGTON
Executive Assistant
Miranda's experience from the U.S. Army (thanks for your service!) comes in handy at Rainmaker. She's often referred to as the juggling ring leader. Coordinating everything under the Rainmaker roof, from appointments and projects to training and HR compliance, this gal can do it all! She also volunteers more than 70 hours a month to her favorite local organization! What's really impressive is that she usually gets it all done in 5 inch heels!
JOHN ROBIDEAUX
Brand Architect
John is our go-to expert when it comes to hammering out the details of a client’s brand. Need to know your SWOT? He’s the guy. Don’t know what SWOT is? He is DEFINITELY your guy. John works with clients to help them discover the answers to questions they didn’t even know they needed to ask. In the end, he helps them define their goals and objectives so they can move forward with confidence. With more than thirty years in the creative industry and having led clients such as Washington Trust and Sunkist, we're really fortunate to have him act as a north star for us and for our clients! (and if you're wondering what the picture is all about, John is a yoga master!)
CARLOS JONES
Business Coach
Carlos started his relationship with Rainmaker innocently enough, as Billie’s own business coach. His personality and get-things-done attitude was such a great match for us, that Billie asked him to move his operation in-house. He saw this opportunity as a win-win and quickly jumped on board. He offers our clients their own personalized coaching sessions to find direction, take action steps, and stay on the best path for their business’ success. If you're looking to rest on your laurels, don't call this guy! Whoa...nelly! (and whatever you do, don't forget to do your homework)
LORNA DOONE BREWER
Copy-Writer Extraordinaire
Lorna has zero design talent. She can’t build web sites, and we won’t let her within ten feet of a layout. She is particularly gifted, however, at stringing words together. Lorna knows how to make our clients sound just as amazing as they really are. From web content to brochures to catchy taglines, she’s the go-to gal when it just has to be write. (See what she did there? It’s a pun.)
